Flying Company Trusted Partner Program
Business aviation has always relied on relationships, professionalism, and trust. For decades, flight departments have operated with limited visibility into safety behaviors, limited access to data, and almost no modern tools for evaluating contract pilots beyond “hours and a handshake.”
Flying Company is changing that — not by replacing the human element, but by strengthening it with data, transparency, and tools that elevate professionalism across the industry.
Today, we’re excited to introduce the Flying Company Trusted Partner Program — a collaborative initiative designed for flight departments and management companies who want to help shape the next generation of safety and staffing technology in business aviation.
And importantly:
There is no subscription fee, no membership fee, and no paid tier.
This is a partnership, not a paywall.
Trusted Partners are organizations who commit to using the platform consistently, testing new capabilities, and providing ongoing feedback that helps us improve safety tools for the entire industry. In return, they get early access to advanced features that would not exist without their help.
What Trusted Partners Get Access To Today
Trusted Partners already unlock several powerful capabilities that improve visibility, safety, and operational control:
1. Direct Post-Flight Safety Reports
Pilots can submit post-flight safety feedback that goes straight to your Safety Manager — anonymously, when needed — giving flight departments clearer insight into what’s happening on trips flown by contracted pilots.
2. Safety Program Recognition
Pilots are more likely to respond to quotes from operators who are known to follow high safety standards. Trusted Partners can choose to be publicly recognized as part of a safety audit program (Wyvern, ARGUS, IS-BAO), improving pilot response rates and overall trust.
3. Early Access to New Features
Trusted Partners participate in controlled releases of new workflows, dashboards, and assessments. You get real-world improvements earlier, and we get invaluable guidance from actual operators using the tools in the field.
4. Revenue Share Eligibility
Trusted Partners who routinely provide feedback, test features, and help improve the platform are eligible for revenue share based on their contribution to development and safety adoption.
5. Volume Based Pricing
For larger flight departments and management companies that operate at meaningful scale, Flying Company may offer customized volume-based pricing or platform credit programs. These structures are designed to reward long-term usage, predictable demand, and operational partnership—while preserving flexibility for each organization’s unique staffing model.
6. PRD Proxy Access
Trusted Partners gain access to tools (currently in limited rollout) that help streamline PRD checks and pilot verification processes.
7. Custom Pilot Document Retrieval
Flight departments can automatically send custom documents to a pilot when they are hired for a trip — all integrated with your operational workflow.
8. Custom Pilot Services Agreement
We support fully customized PSAs so every contracted pilot receives the correct agreement based on your department’s policies.
9. Manage Your Preferred Pilot Pool
Trusted Partners can add pilots directly to their preferred list, making it easier to organize repeat crew members and streamline trip staffing.
What’s Coming Next for Trusted Partners
Trusted Partners will be first in line for the next wave of safety and intelligence capabilities — tools that will meaningfully transform how flight departments hire, assess, and manage pilots.
1. Safety Performance Insights
Before hiring a pilot, you’ll have access to data-driven insights showing how they typically fly — a step toward modernizing safety decision-making in staffing.
2. Real-Time Trip Visibility
Tools that allow authorized users to see real-time departure, enroute, and landing information to better track contracted operations.
3. Type-Rating Training Trends
Every month, we aggregate nationwide type-rating data, showing which aircraft types have pilot pools that are growing or shrinking — valuable intelligence for hiring, fleet planning, and forecasting.
4. “Know Your Pilot” (KYP)
A consolidated, data-backed profile that goes far beyond a résumé — giving operators a clearer, more accurate understanding of pilot credentials and history.
5. Background Check Integrations
We’re working toward the ability to offer deeper background verifications as part of a streamlined hiring workflow.
6. SMS Integrations
Trusted Partners will soon be able to connect their safety reporting ecosystem directly into the platform for seamless post-flight reporting routing.
7. FOS Integrations
Future integrations will make it easier for departments to align pilot staffing with scheduling platforms already used in operations.
Why We Built the Trusted Partner Program
Building high-value safety and intelligence tools is expensive — but more importantly, it requires deep collaboration with real operators.
Trusted Partners help us test, refine, and improve the parts of Flying Company that directly impact safety, professionalism, and operational reliability. In return, they get access to tools that simply aren’t available anywhere else in the industry.
There is no paid tier and no subscription fee.
All we ask for is consistent usage and a willingness to collaborate with us — because the only way to build a safer, more professional staffing ecosystem is to build it with the people who care about safety the most.
